Plant Fair 2017

Each year since 2002 the Northamptonshire Group have held a plant fair at Kelmarsh Hall over the Sunday and Monday of the Early Spring Bank Holiday at the beginning of May.  In 2014 the fair moved to Holdenby House.

Around twenty stallholders representing local nurseries have set up their stalls on the ashphalted area in front of the stable block at Holdenby House.  This allows the visitors to view their plants, pots, etc., with good level access for the less mobile who need sticks or wheelchairs.

The 2017 Plant Fair will be held on Sunday and Monday, 30th April and 1st May, from 11am to 4pm on both days. Dogs with well-behaved owners are welcome!

Included in the entry fee - adults £5.00, children under 14 years £2.50, children under 5 Free! - is entry to the gardens of Holdenby House with a tour each day by the Head Gardener.  Twice each day on the lawns behind the house there will be displays of Falconry.  Icarus Falconry will also be open to view the Falcons, Owls, Hawks, Vultures and Eagles.  Please note that NO dogs are permitted in the falconry.
